Plans and costs
You can try a small number of features in a free version.
The PMP Pack includes all the practice exams, and the important proof that you have worked 35 hours in preparation for your PMP(r). Access is $139.99 for 60-day access.
CAPM(r), plans are slightly less expensive.
It is also more affordable to purchase the pack for a shorter time period, but I don’t recommend it. 90 days (3 months) is the most common time to prepare for your exam.
You can purchase the individual elements separately if you don’t need all the training materials.
An exam pack to help you use the exam simulator and pass your test
The ITTO Pack
The flashcards pack.
Oh, and you get your money back!

Product features
Although PMP and CAPM training have been available online for some time, it seems that there are now more options than ever. BrainBOK is a self-study toolkit for PMP and CAPM that I recently reviewed.
BrainBOK is an app by Harwinder Singh. He is the project management expert behind Deep Fried Brain’s PMP prep blog. He allowed me to review the product briefly and gave me access to it.
The BrainBOK app offers:
ITTOs
Flashcards
Quizzes
Exams.
BrainBOK helps you understand the ITTOs
How many PMBOK(r), Guide processes include Enterprise Environmental Factors?
ITTOs don’t really matter anymore, now that the Seventh Edition PMBOK(r), Guide is available. The ITTO Explorer, which comes with BrainBOK, allows you to have the assurance that you have read all the materials and understood the processes. It’s amazing.
It displays the entire set of processes and ITTOs that go along with them.
Click on a process to see the details and description. You will also see the inputs and outputs, as well as the tools and techniques. There is also a list of the places where data flows in and out. You can also drill down to see the page reference number for A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOKr) Guide), but these are Sixth Edition references and may not be relevant to your current set of study materials.
You can toggle between grouping them according to Process Group or Knowledge Area within the Explorer so that you can test your skills in different ways. It’s important to reiterate that the 2021 PMBOK(r), Guide does not contain knowledge areas or process groups. You might also want to read:
Project management models
Common project management artifacts
Performance domains
Principles of project management
The ITTO Explorer is clickable, so you can explore the processes as well as how they interact. It also works great on mobile! This is essential for those who want to study on-the-go.
